Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Professional Card only one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing new goals every year. She also won four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel enjoys working her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
